Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement,” “Terms of Service”) carefully before accessing or using coresatraining.com, the Coresa mobile application, any related online platforms, or any other websites, applications, digital services, or content provided by Coresa Fitness Inc. (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms of Service also govern your access to and use of any Coresa Fitness Inc. facility, studio, equipment, classes, personal training sessions, programs, or other services (collectively, the “Facilities”).
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Coresa Fitness Inc. (“Coresa Fitness Inc.,” “Coresa,” “Coresa Fitness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, visiting, browsing, or using the Site, registering for an account, booking a class, purchasing any service, or entering any of our Facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any additional policies, waivers, or guidelines referenced herein or made available by Coresa from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or Facilities.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site and Facilities, including but not limited to visitors, customers, members, clients, subscribers, and any other person who engages with Coresa’s services in any capacity.
CONDUCT GUIDELINES
CHECK IN & ATTENDANCE
All members must be physically present and properly checked in prior to the scheduled start time of any class. Classes will begin promptly at the time indicated on the schedule. The studio front door will remain open for a maximum of five (5) minutes following the class start time to allow for final entry. Once the door has closed, late entry may be restricted or denied at the discretion of Coresa Fitness staff, based on class progression, safety considerations, and the overall member experience.
Except in cases of illness, injury, or emergency, members are expected to remain for the full duration of the class, and early departure is not permitted. All members must complete check-in using the Coresa Mobile Application or approved check-in methods. Once checked in, attendance is mandatory; failure to attend a booked class after check-in will be recorded as a no-show and may result in applicable penalty charges or loss of booking privileges, in accordance with Coresa Fitness policies.
STUDIO & FACILITY USAGE
Members may use personal mobile devices within the Facilities in a limited and respectful manner, provided such use does not interfere with their own safety, the safety of others, or the overall studio experience. Members must remain aware of their surroundings at all times and refrain from using mobile devices during active exercise, instruction, or in any area where such use may pose a safety risk or disrupt classes or other members. Coresa Fitness reserves the right to restrict or prohibit mobile device use in designated areas of the Facilities.
All Coresa Fitness property, including but not limited to towels, toiletries, bathroom accessories, and other amenities, is provided for in-facility use only. Removal of any Coresa-owned property from the premises is strictly prohibited under all circumstances and may result in disciplinary action, including charges, suspension, or termination of membership privileges.
LOCKER USAGE & PERSONAL BELONINGS
Coresa Fitness Inc. is not responsible for the safekeeping, security, loss, theft, or damage of any personal property brought into the studio or Facilities. Members assume full responsibility for all personal belongings at all times while on the premises and are encouraged to take appropriate precautions to safeguard their items.
Lockers are provided for temporary, session-based use only. Following the conclusion of each class or visit, members must remove all personal belongings from the studio and locker areas. Any items left unattended or behind may be collected and placed in the designated Lost and Found area located within the office, and Coresa Fitness assumes no responsibility for the retrieval, condition, or retention of such items.
PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
From time to time, Coresa Fitness Inc. may capture photographic or video recordings within its studios and facilities for marketing, promotional, or brand-related purposes. By entering or using the Facilities, you acknowledge, understand, and expressly consent to the collection, use, and publication of such content, without compensation, for lawful business purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coresa Fitness Inc., together with its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Coresa Releasees”), shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, the Facilities, or any services provided by Coresa. This limitation of liability applies without limitation to claims for personal injury, death, property damage or loss, loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or any claims asserted by third parties, whether such claims arise in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Coresa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, conditions, or damages that may be sustained, incurred, or aggravated by you in connection with your participation in any Coresa Fitness services, programs, classes, or activities, or through your use of the Facilities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, indemnify, and hold harmless Coresa Fitness Inc., together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Coresa Releasees”), from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever, whether arising from personal injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, or otherwise, that may arise out of or relate in any way to your participation in Coresa Fitness services or your use of the Facilities.
You further represent and warrant that: you have no medical, physical, or mental condition that would prevent you from safely participating in or properly using any Coresa Fitness services; you are not aware of any condition that would place you at undue risk of injury or adverse health consequences; and you have not been advised by a licensed medical professional to refrain from physical exercise or similar activities. You acknowledge that individuals with chronic conditions, disabilities, or health limitations may be at increased risk when engaging in physical activity and agree that you will not participate in any Coresa Fitness services that could reasonably increase such risk.
You further acknowledge and agree that Coresa Fitness Inc. makes no representations or guarantees regarding medical, physical, or fitness outcomes that may result from participation in its services or use of the Facilities.
HEALTH STATUS & MEDICAL POLICY
You agree and acknowledge that
– You have no medical condition preventing safe participation in Coresa services.
– You have not been advised by any physician to avoid physical activity.
– If you have chronic conditions or physical limitations, participation may increase risk of injury or adverse health outcomes.
Only licensed medical professionals may provide medical advice. Coresa staff do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment.
ACCOUNTS AND MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT
To access certain features of the Site, Mobile App, or Coresa Facilities, you may be required to create a Coresa Fitness account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify Coresa immediately of any unauthorized access. Use of another person’s account, or allowing someone to use yours, is strictly prohibited. Creating multiple accounts—whether under different names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses—for the purpose of gaining discounts, promotions, or unauthorized benefits is not permitted. Coresa may merge, suspend, or terminate accounts, or apply rectification charges at our discretion for any violations.
The Site and all online services, platforms, and digital offerings operated by Coresa Fitness Inc. are intended exclusively for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By accessing or using the Site or any Coresa Fitness online services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Individuals who have not yet reached the age of majority may participate in Coresa Fitness Facilities, classes, programs, or in-person services only with the active involvement, supervision, and express consent of a parent or legal guardian. Coresa Fitness Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request and verify proof of age and/or written authorization from a parent or legal guardian at any time as a condition of access or continued participation.
CHANGES OF AGREEMENT
Subject to applicable laws, Coresa Fitness Inc. retains the exclusive right to revise, update, or otherwise modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Site, unless otherwise required by law. By continuing to access or use the Site or our Facilities after such modifications are posted, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised Terms. We recommend that users review this Agreement regularly to remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree with the current Terms or any future modifications, you must cease all access to and use of the Site and Facilities immediately.
THIRD PARTY SITES AND RESOURCES
The Site and related Services may contain links to, or otherwise provide access to, third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services that are not owned, operated, controlled, or maintained by Coresa Fitness Inc. Such links are provided solely for convenience or informational purposes. Coresa Fitness Inc. does not exercise any control over, and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for, the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, security measures, terms of use, or business practices of any third-party websites or service providers.
The inclusion of any third-party link or reference within the Site or Services does not constitute, and should not be construed as, an endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, affiliation, or recommendation by Coresa Fitness Inc., unless expressly stated in writing. Coresa Fitness does not review, monitor, approve, or warrant the products, services, information, or representations offered by third parties, nor does it assume responsibility for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any external individuals or entities.
Your decision to access or use any third-party website, application, or service through links provided on the Site or Services is made entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies governing such third-party resources. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coresa Fitness Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm of any kind arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of any third-party content, products, or services.
COPYRIGHT
You agree that you will not access, use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content made available through the Site or Services (collectively, the “Content”) except as expressly permitted under these Terms of Service or with the prior written consent of Coresa Fitness Inc. All Content is protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, and proprietary rights laws.
You further agree not to circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Site or Services, including, without limitation, features that prevent or restrict unauthorized access to, use of, or copying, reproduction, or distribution of Content, or features that enforce technical or contractual limitations on the manner in which the Site and its Content may be accessed, displayed, or used. Any unauthorized use of the Content or interference with the Site’s security mechanisms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may subject you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
