What it is
Our highest level of coaching, built entirely around you.
Your training starts with understanding your goals, movement, training history, lifestyle and what you want to accomplish. From there, your coach builds a fully individualized program where every exercise, load, progression and training decision has a reason.
Every session is dedicated entirely to you. Your coach watches how you move, refines technique, manages intensity and adjusts your training in real time based on how you are progressing and how you are performing that day.
There is no generic workout to follow and no one else's program to fit into. Your training evolves with you.
When 1-on-1 is the right call
- You want the highest level of personalization: every session and progression is designed specifically around you.
- You have a specific goal: strength, performance, body composition or an important event with a clear timeline.
- You want to rebuild movement and technique: dedicated coaching allows us to work through the details that make better movement and long-term progress possible.
- You are returning to training: if you have been cleared to exercise but need greater individualization, your coach can adapt the training around your current ability.
- You want complete accountability: one coach, one appointment and a training plan built around your progress.
How it starts
It starts with understanding you, not throwing you into a workout.
We will talk through your goals, training history, lifestyle, previous experience and what has or has not worked before. From there, we will assess how you move and establish your starting point.
Your coach then creates your training plan and continues to refine it as you progress. We do not just coach the workout in front of you. We coach where your training is going next.
And when you are ready, your coach can help determine whether continuing 1-on-1, combining it with Small Group Training, or transitioning into Small Group is the best path forward.
This is coaching without compromise: your plan, your pace, your progression.
Common questions
Do I need to get fit before starting?
That myth keeps people on the couch for years. Coaching exists for the start line, and the first session is an assessment rather than a test.
How often should I train 1-on-1?
Two to three sessions a week while you are learning. Many members later hold one private session and build the rest of the week around group training.
What does it cost?
It depends on format and package. Ask on your consult: fifteen minutes, zero pressure, real numbers.
Can I combine it with group training?
Yes, and many people do. Private sessions keep the individual eye on your technique while the group carries the consistency.
