Training for Your Goal, Your Stage, Your Schedule

Some people come to us to lose weight. Some want to be stronger at 45 than they were at 35. Some are training for the Grouse Grind, a ski season, or their first 10K — and some just want to stop restarting every January. This hub sorts our training by the goal you actually have, so you can skip straight to the page written for you.

"Every stage of fitness" is an easy phrase for a studio to print, so here's what we mean by it in practice: our station-based sessions let the person beside you work at a completely different level without either of you adjusting to the other. The goal pages below explain how that plays out for each situation.

How to use this hub

Each card below says plainly who its page is for — read the one that sounds like your life, not the one that sounds most impressive. If two apply (they often do), start with the one your calendar can support this month; the other will still be there.

And if reading isn't how you decide things, skip it all and book a free 15-minute tour. Fifteen minutes of walking the floor and asking questions settles most of what these pages cover, and the team would genuinely rather match you to the right starting point than the fanciest one.
