What it is
More than a class. This is a coached training session built around real progress. Train alongside a small group of like-minded members while your coach gets to know your goals, movement and ability.
Sessions combine structured strength training, progressive programming and purposeful conditioning, with coaching throughout to adjust movements, refine technique and help you progress. You get the attention and structure you would expect from private coaching, without the private training price tag.
Who it's for
- Those ready to get stronger: follow structured training that progresses over time instead of random workouts.
- Those who want more guidance: your coach is there to correct, adjust and challenge you throughout every session.
- Those who struggle with consistency: booked sessions, familiar coaches and a community that keeps you accountable.
- Those looking for more value: high-level coaching and individualized attention at a fraction of the cost of private training.
What a session looks like
Your session is prepared before you arrive. Your coach knows who you are, sets up your station and equipment, and pairs you with someone at a similar training level, progression or goal when appropriate.
Throughout the session, your coach works closely with you to refine technique, select the right loads and adjust movements based on your ability. As you progress, we get to know how you move, what you are capable of and when it is time to push further.
Less time figuring out what to do. More time focused on training, progressing and getting better.
Capped at eight
Groups run to a maximum of eight people. That ceiling is what keeps the coaching real: your coach can watch every set that matters, remember what you lifted last week, and step in at the moment it counts.

Common questions
How many people train in a session?
Up to eight. That is the maximum rather than the average, and it is the number that keeps individual coaching possible inside a group setting.
Do I need experience to join?
No. Every movement has a version that fits where you are today, and your coach sets your starting loads on your first session.
How often should I train?
Most members settle between two and four sessions a week. Your coach will help you choose a rhythm you can hold on a normal week, not a perfect one.
How is this different from a fitness class?
A class gives everyone the same workout. This gives you programming that progresses, a coach who knows your history, and loads chosen for you.
