Frequently Asked Questions

This page collects the questions we hear most often at the studio — booking, hours, first visits, and the practical details in between — with the shortest true answers we can give. Coresa Training is a movement and recovery studio at 142B 3rd St West in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver, open daily from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm.

If your question is about training itself rather than the studio — how often to do HIIT, whether lifting makes you bulky, what heart-rate zones actually mean — the answers library goes far deeper than we can here. Anything neither page covers: call (236) 868-9964 or email info@coresatraining.com.

How booking works

All booking runs through our live online schedule, powered by Mariana Tek. Head to the schedule, create an account the first time, pick a session, and confirm — the whole thing takes a couple of minutes on a phone.

Because the schedule is live, it's the single source of truth for what's running and when; we deliberately don't publish a static timetable that could drift out of date. For pass and membership specifics, check the booking system or ask us directly — options evolve, and you should see the current ones, not a stale page. If you'd rather look before you book, start with a free tour.

Common questions

How do I book a class?

Everything books through the live online schedule — sign up once, then reserve any session from your phone. If something trips you up, phone the studio at (236) 868-9964 and a human will walk you through it.

What are your hours?

Daily from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm, the same seven days a week. Individual session times vary, so check the schedule for any specific day.

How much does it cost?

Current pass and membership options live inside the booking system rather than on a static page, because they change more often than websites should. A tour is also a good moment to talk through which structure fits how often you'll realistically train.

What are classes actually like?

Coached circuits built around multiple stations — strength and resistance work, treadmill efforts, and total-body conditioning, rotated with a coach steering the room. For the long version, read what fitness classes are like.

How do the heart-rate displays work?

Our heart-rate-guided training experience: immersive music and lighting, with your effort anchored to your own heart-rate data instead of guesswork. The HIIT classes page explains what the zones mean in practice.

I haven't trained in years — can I still come?

Yes. Sessions scale station by station, so beginners and long-time regulars genuinely share the same room at their own levels. If that sounds like marketing, see do classes work for beginners — or watch a class in progress on a tour.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Athletic clothes, clean indoor shoes, water and a towel. The full first-visit rundown — arrival time, check-in, what your coach covers — is at your first class.

Do you have showers or lockers?

Rather than list amenities here and risk them going stale, ask when you book or on a tour — one question gets you the current, accurate picture. Amenity specifics like towels, showers and lockers are worth confirming on a tour or by phone.

Where are you, and how do I get there?

142B 3rd St West in Lower Lonsdale — about six to eight minutes uphill on foot from the Lonsdale Quay SeaBus terminal. Directions for every mode of travel, plus the street-parking reality, are on the visit page.

Can I try Coresa before committing?

There are two low-stakes doors in: a free 15-minute tour with no sales pressure, or simply booking a single class off the schedule. Nervous first-timers tend to pick the tour; curious ones tend to pick a class.

What is the 30-day promise?

If after 30 days the experience isn't supporting how you want to feel, the team offers two complimentary sessions. It exists because we'd rather be judged on how training fits your life over a month than on a single first impression.

How do I reach a real person?

Phone (236) 868-9964, email info@coresatraining.com, or use the contact page — whichever suits you. For anything time-sensitive about a booking, calling is fastest.
