The room
The studio is a single coached floor rather than a maze of machines: rigs and racks along the windows, a row of treadmills, cable and functional stations down one wall, and open floor for the work that needs space. Lockers sit by the entrance, and the lighting shifts with the session so the room feels different mid-class than it does at 5 am.
By SeaBus
Cross from Waterfront Station (about 12 minutes on the water), then walk up from Lonsdale Quay, roughly 6–8 minutes, uphill. Train-then-ferry mornings are a real routine here: doors open at 5 am, first crossing catches you home or at your desk on time.
Driving & parking
Street parking around 3rd St West is a mix of metered and time-limited spots: easy in the early morning, busier in the evening. Check the signage on the block; Lower Lonsdale is compact, so a spot a street or two away is still a two-minute walk.
By bus or bike
The Lonsdale corridor buses stop a short walk away, and the Spirit Trail rolls right through the neighbourhood if you'd rather ride. Check TransLink for current times.
What to bring
- Water, a towel, runners, and clothes you can move in.
- Bring your own towel; sessions get genuinely sweaty.
- First visit? Arrive 10–15 minutes early so your coach can walk you through the room.
Common questions
What are your hours?
Open daily, 5:00 am to 8:00 pm, weekends included. Class times live on the schedule page.
Is there somewhere to change?
There are lockers by the entrance. For anything else, ask on your consult or call (236) 868-9964 and we will sort out the practical details before you come in.
Can I just drop in and look around?
Book the free 15-minute consult; it guarantees a coach is free to actually show you the room instead of waving from across a class.
