Which door to knock on
For anything about today or tomorrow, phone the studio at (236) 868-9964. For questions that are not urgent, or if you want to attach something, email info@coresatraining.com. If your question is really "which program should I be in", the free 15-minute consult below answers it faster than any thread of messages will.
Booking itself never needs a phone call: sessions and classes are reserved through the live schedule or the Coresa app, around the clock.
Finding us in Lower Lonsdale
We are at 142B 3rd Street West, a few doors west of Lonsdale Avenue. Coming from downtown Vancouver, the SeaBus to Lonsdale Quay plus a six to eight minute uphill walk gets you to the door without ever touching a bridge. Coming by car, the surrounding blocks carry the usual Lower Lonsdale mix of metered and time-limited street parking, so read the signs where you land.
Photos of the studio, the full transit rundown and what to bring on a first visit all live on Our Space.
Coming in for a look
You are welcome to drop by during open hours to see the room, though training sessions run by booking rather than walk-in, so the best version of a first visit is the free 15-minute consult: a coach walks you through the space, hears what you are trying to do, and points you at the right program. No card, no commitment.

Can I just walk in and train?
Training runs on booked sessions rather than drop-ins, but you are welcome to come see the studio any day. To actually train, start with the free consult or book through the schedule.
