The 30-Day Promise

The 30-Day Promise

Join, and not loving your first 30 days? Your next two sessions are on us.

That is the whole promise, in the words we use at the studio. This page exists so it is written down somewhere permanent: what it covers, how to use it, and why we would rather carry this risk than have you carry it.

Why it exists

The only honest way to judge a training studio is to train in it for a few weeks. A website cannot tell you whether the coaching lands for you, whether the hours genuinely fit your life, or whether the room feels like somewhere you want to keep returning. Reviews help; a consult helps more; but the real test takes a month.

Most studios resolve this by asking you to carry the risk of that month. We would rather carry it. If the first 30 days do not work for you, the next two sessions cost you nothing while you decide — or while we fix what was not working.

How to use it

Tell your coach. That is the entire process — no form, no claim number, no meeting with a manager. Say the first month has not been what you hoped, and your next two sessions are on us while we talk about why.

What happens next is usually one of three things: the program changes shape (different format, different hours, different emphasis), the expectations get recalibrated honestly, or you decide this is not your place and leave without a hard feeling. All three are fine outcomes. The one we are trying to prevent is the quiet fourth: paying for something you stopped loving and telling nobody.

What it is not

It is not a free-trial mechanism — it applies after you join, not instead of joining. It is not a refund policy dressed up in marketing; questions about payments and cancellations have their own straightforward answers, which you can get on a consult or by phone. And it is not a guarantee of results in 30 days, because nobody honest sells one of those. Bodies change on a longer clock; the promise covers the experience, which you can absolutely judge in a month.

Before you ever need it

The best use of the promise is never needing it, and the consult is how that usually happens: fifteen minutes in the studio, in street clothes, where a coach hears what you are trying to do and tells you honestly which program fits — sometimes that the answer is none of them. Book it on the free consult page, or start by reading what happens at the consult and what a first class looks like.

Common questions

Does the promise apply to every program?

It applies when you join Coresa — small group, 1-on-1 or HIIT. If you are unsure how it interacts with a specific pass or package, ask on the consult and you will get the current answer.

What counts as 'not loving it'?

Your judgement, stated plainly. There is no burden of proof; the promise runs on the assumption that adults can tell whether a month worked for them.

Can I use it more than once?

It is a first-30-days promise — one month, one honest conversation, two sessions on us. After that, the ordinary standard applies: if something is not working, say so and we fix it; that part never expires.
